No. Apart from a fixed monthly or annual subscription, no additional fee is charged per order or per payment.
Is my payment provider information secure?+
Yes. Your provider API keys are stored server-side only and are never sent to the browser or any other party.
Can I use more than one provider at the same time?+
Yes, for example you can keep Stripe active for card payments and a local provider active for regional payment methods at the same time.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds are processed through your connected payment provider's own panel or API.
If I switch providers, are past transactions affected?+
No, your past transaction records stay intact; only new orders are processed through the newly selected provider.
