It works directly with CloudPRNT-enabled network printers (e.g. the Star range) — during setup, our team helps you configure your printer.

Does the screen get cluttered during rush hours?+

No, the columns adjust automatically to order volume; "New" and "Preparing" statuses always stay clearly separated.

Can I split the screen across multiple stations?+

Yes, separate screens can be set up for different stations, such as the hot kitchen and the cold kitchen.

If the screen loses connection, is the order lost?+

No, the order record is kept in the panel; the order list updates automatically as soon as the screen reconnects.

Can the POS receipt differ from the kitchen ticket?+

Yes. The POS receipt includes price and tax details, while the kitchen ticket shows only the item information needed for preparation.
