Switching to FoodDirekt isn't a complicated technical setup. Our team opens your account, we transfer your menu into the panel together, and we adapt the system to your restaurant. Here's what a typical setup looks like, step by step.

1. Your Account Is Set Up

FoodDirekt accounts aren't opened through a public sign-up form — our team sets one up with you directly. After the demo call, we assign your restaurant its own web address (e.g. restaurantname.fooddirekt.com).

2. Your Menu Goes Into the Panel

Categories, items, prices, and options (e.g. "medium size," "extra cheese") are entered into the panel. Our team is with you for the first import; after that, updates take seconds and stay entirely in your control.

3. You Connect Your Payment Account

You link your Stripe, PayPal, Nets, or your local payment provider's account from the panel. From that point on, payments from customers land directly in your own account — FoodDirekt never touches that flow.

4. You Put Up Your QR Code

The panel generates a QR code unique to your restaurant. Place it on tables, on a sign, or on your social media profile — when a customer scans it, they land straight on your menu.

5. You Train Your Team

The Kitchen Screen and Order Panel are as simple as the POS system your team already uses every day. Half a day of practice is usually enough for your team to get comfortable with the system.

6. Run in Parallel, If You Want

If you already have a marketplace account, you don't have to close it right away. Thanks to FoodDirekt's marketplace integration, you can run both channels side by side until your own system is fully up and running.

What Happens After?

From the moment an order is placed, it routes automatically to your kitchen screen, your receipt printer, and your courier app if you use one. Menu updates, price changes, or adding a new language — all of that takes minutes from the panel, with no technical knowledge required.
